Denver Steels Phase 2 Improvements Project

The project consists of a full reconstruction including pavement replacement and ADA safety improvements of Western Area No. 2 Neighborhood Denver Steels Phase 2 - 36th Street/Ridgeway Drive/Questa Drive/Pueblo Drive. The scope of work includes replacement of the existing asphalt surface and base course, targeted replacement of curb and gutter, valley gutters, sidewalk, drive pads, and ADA improvements. This project is a joint project with the Department of Public Utilities to include replacement of waterlines and fire hydrants, and the improvement to the sewer system.
