Recommended Action
I move that Council approve a Grant of Utility Easement within Block 1, Lot 28 of Mirador Subdivision.
Utilities Manager Recommendation
The Utilities Manager recommends that Council approve the motion as presented.
Body
This public utility easement is being granted to accommodate the as-built location of a public water line and gas line. The necessary easements shall be provided for both existing and proposed utilities in a manner acceptable to the County Engineer and Utilities Manager (Sec. 16-153 (e)).
