Council created the Animal Shelter Ad-Hoc Committee (ASAC) and requested that the committee create a best practices guide. The committee has completed this work product (Attachment A) and Committee Chair Wendee Brunish will present their findings to Council. Attachment C contains an Executive Summary of the Best Practices Guide.
