Construction of the Foxtail Flats Solar and Foxtail Flats Storage projects are under way following the groundbreaking on May 14, 2026. Attachment A provides an overview of the groundbreaking and current construction status. Attachment B is the detailed second Quarter 2026 Construction Report. Please note that the Project Milestone schedule included in the Construction Report Attachment B shows the original contract dates, not the current adjusted milestone dates as shown in Attachment A.
