FY2026 1st Quarter Financial Overview

The purpose of this item is to provide an overview of FY2026 1st Quarter Investment Summary (Attachment A) as well as the FY2026 1st Quarter Budget Overview (Attachment B) of the General Fund and all other funds. The attached reports represent year-to-date budget to actual amounts (un-audited, un-accrued) as of September 30, 2025 (FY 2026). It should be noted that these amounts are subject to adjustment with final audited amounts that will come with the year end audited financial statements. The first quarter financial and budget overview will be presented in summary form providing highlights from these areas (Attachment C). Finally the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Length Schedule reports life to date amounts on our current and adopted projects (Attachment D) through September 30, 2025.
