Presentation on the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Climate Action Plan Process and Discussion Potential Budget Options

Cascadia Consulting Group (Cascadia), in partnership with Los Alamos County, will provide an update on the Climate Action Plan (CAP) development process, results from analyses and begin target setting discussion to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and outline steps in the CAP process, including upcoming community engagement plan. Cascadia will provide Los Alamos County the results of the sector-based Greenhouse Gas Inventory for the community and County government that have been used to inform the CAP strategies and actions. See attachment C for a list of all proposed climate actions and strategies. Additionally, Cascadia will provide potential budget options for Council consideration in the FY25 budget process.
