DPU has participated the last couple of years in APPA's Financial and Operating Ratios report (Attachment A).  Exhibit B is a summary of DPU's data that is provided to APPA and used in this report.  Exhibit C was developed for ease of BPU's review to show two years of DPU's data, APPA's median national data, the median customer count for between 5,000 and 10,000 customers, and the median west region.
