Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement LSE26-876 with 19th Hole Sports Pub Regarding Use of the County’s Liquor License
Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement LSE26-876 with 19th Hole Sports Pub and authorize the County Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the County.

The County Manager recommends that Council approve Amendment 1 as requested.
Body
The State of New Mexico has requested that additional information be incorporated into the Lease Agreement between Los Alamos County and 19th Hole Sports Pub to authorize the use of the County’s liquor license, as previously agreed upon by both parties. The requested information includes the County’s liquor license number and clarification that the lease authorizes the 19th Hole to use the County’s liquor license to sell alcohol from a roaming beverage cart on the golf course, as required by the New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
The County is incorporating the requested information through an amendment (Attachment A) to the existing Lease Agreement.
