Amy Rosebrough is the Climate Action Planning Coordinator for the New Mexico Environment Department’s Climate Change Bureau. Following the release of the New Mexico Climate Action Plan (CAP) in December 2025, she has transitioned from leading the plan's development to overseeing its implementation. Her current work focuses on putting these strategies into practice to meet the state’s climate goals while supporting sustainable growth and opportunities throughout New Mexico.
