Equity Committee necessary for Kellogg Funding

As part of the Kellogg grant agreement scope of work, the health council needs to create an equity committee to meet once a month. The health council has the option to form a new committee or choose to utilize the existing committee created to develop the comprehensive health plan.
The health council would need to vote on direction they would like to go. Then appoint/recommend members for the equity committee if a new committee is recommended.
