I nominate Richard Brethour-Bell, Rachel Cazier, KoraLei Myst Koetter, James Wernicke, and Sarah Work to fill one vacancy on the Inclusivity Task Force and move that Council appoint one [or ___] to the vacant position(s) as follows:
By roll call vote, Councilors vote for one [or ___] nominee(s) and the one [or __] with the highest vote total of four of more be appointed to fill terms beginning on February 25, 2025 and ending on November 30, 2025.

Council created the Inclusivity Task Force and approved their charter on August 6, 2024
The purpose of this item is to appoint is to fill the resignation of Member Kazmer Duffey.
Five letters of interest were received by the deadline and are shown in Attachment A.
