Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Task Order #10, Agreement No. AGR24-39a for the Purpose of Completing the study to connect the White Rock Transformer #1 and connecting the controls with Transmission & Distribution Services, LLC in the Amount of $157,262 plus Applicable Gross Receipts Tax.
I further move that Council approve Budget Revision 2027-03 as summarized in Attachment A and that the attachment be made part of the minutes of this meeting.

The Utilities Manager recommends that Council approve as presented.

The Board of Public Utilities reviewed these item at their Regular Meeting on July 22, 2026 and recommends that Council approve as presented.
Body
This is Task Order No.10 with Transmission & Distribution Services, LLC to determine relay settings for the new transformer in White Rock substation and connect the transformer controls to the switchgear building.
Alternatives
We would need to find another outside support service to assist us.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Planned Item
The Electric Distribution fund balance will be reduced by $169,352 and there are no staff impacts.
