Pursuant to § 10-15-1 (H)(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, the Board of Public Utilities will meet in closed session to discuss information pertaining to limited personnel matters:  Annual Performance Planning for the Utilities Manager.

 

Recommended Action

No recommend action.  When a closed meeting is held outside of an open meeting, it is not necessary to move to go into closed session.  Topics that are not covered in the notice may not be discussed and no ordinary business may be conducted.  Except as provided in the Open Meetings Act, any action taken as a result of discussions in a closed meeting shall be made by a vote in an open public meeting.
