Body
The Boards and Commissions Rules indicate that each Board shall annually elect a Chair and Vice Chair from among its members. The Chair and Vice Chair will serve at the pleasure of the Board and will be eligible for election to subsequent terms.
The existing Chair shall call for nominations for Chair, followed by Board comments, and then a vote. The same process applies for the election of a Vice Chair.
