Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Amendment No. 2 to AGR16-701 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. with total compensation in the Amount of $5,548,774.43 plus applicable Gross Receipts Tax, for the purpose of extending the current contract for the licenses, services, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning System and Related Implementation Services (ERP), formally referred to as Munis, for an additional five (5) years.
County Manager's Recommendation
The County Manager recommends that Council approve the Amendment No. 2 to AGR16-701 as requested.
Body
County departments utilize ERP for purposes of finance, budgeting, procurement, billing, and human resources. The ERP software is provided by Tyler Technologies and AGR16-701 covers licenses, services, and support of software. If approved, this Amendment would extend the term for an additional five (5) years and add corresponding compensation in the amount of $1,955,451.43.

AGR16-701 became effective on June 15, 2016 with an initial total compensation of $3,432,358, to include software licenses, implementation services, project planning services, data conversion, in-scope program modifications, third party hardware and software, payroll tax table update service, Tyler System Management Services (TSMS), transparency portal, contractor travel expenses, maintenance and support costs, and potential for additional services or products requested by County.
