Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Budget Revision 2026-47 as summarized in Attachment A and that the attachment be made part of the minutes of this meeting.

The County Manager recommends that Council approves budget revision 2026-47 as requested.
Body
The purpose of this budget adjustment is to align the existing budget with the received amount from the New Mexico Department of Public Safety for the Law Enforcement Retention Fund (LERF). The total received was $49,119. The initial budgeted amount was $44,391. This budget adjustment aligns the budget with the actual amount received.
Alternatives
Council could choose not to approve the funding for the related programs would be delayed or deferred until further notice.
