Leads for this project were Catherine Ozment and Jenn Baker. The Splash Pad art proposal was taken to County Council on Sept 29^th, and was approved for purchase and installation. The APP board approved a modified design in line with anticipated signage placement on Dec. 17^th. Katherine is working with legal and the artist on completing the agreement.
