Recommended Action
I move that the Board of Public Utilities approve Task Order #10, Agreement No. AGR24-39a for the Purpose of Completing the study to connect the White Rock Transformer #1 and connecting the controls with Transmission & Distribution Services, LLC in the Amount of $157,262 plus Applicable Gross Receipts Tax.
I further move that the Board recommend Budget Revision 2027-03 and forward to Council for approval.

This is Task Order No.10 with Transmission & Distribution Services, LLC to determine relay settings for the new transformer in White Rock substation and connect the transformer controls to the switchgear building.
Alternatives
We would need to find another outside support service to assist us.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Planned Item
The Electric Distribution fund balance will be reduced by $169,352 and there are no staff impacts.
