I move that Council accept the Local and Small Business Engagement Working Group report and support the suggestions as outlined.

Body
Councilors Ryn Herrmann, David Reagor and Randall Ryti have been assigned to the Local/Small Business Engagement Working Group. The mission of this working group is to engage local small businesses and related community organizations and report to Council on any issues and/or recommendations for consideration of future actions. This Council working group will give an update of their work to date. Attachment A is the working group's report.

Council could choose to make an alternative motion.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Unplanned Item
Considering the suggestions incorporated into the report will have minimal fiscal impact other than staff time. Implementation costs should be considered on a case by case basis with more specific information about the actions to be taken.
