The Board of Public Utilities met in closed sessions with County Council on November 28, 2023 and February 20, 2024 regarding:
Discussion Regarding Threatened or Pending Litigation - Closed Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1 (H)(7).
Recommended Action
I move that the Board of Public Utilities approve the following statement for inclusion in the minutes: "The matters discussed in the closed sessions held on November 28, 2023 at 4:00 pm and February 20, 2024 that began at 4:00 pm were limited only to those topics specified in the notices of closed session, and no action was taken on any matter during the closed sessions."
