Reliability Discussion by Deputy Utility Managers Regarding After Action Outage Report (Gas, Water, Sewer and Electric) Including Causes and Prevention

The requested agenda item was to discuss utility reliability issues. I asked the Deputy Utility Mangers from Gas Water Sewer, and Electric Distribution to provide a one month snapshoot of our operations impacting reliability in August to help initiate these discussions. Also, as we finalize our FY 2028 Strategic Focus Areas, Goals and Objectives and resulting action plans next month, BPU will receive an Asset Management Team Presentation in January 2027 before DPU presents a draft FY28 Budget in February 2027.
