Presentation of Recommendations from Animal Shelter Advisory Committee

When Council established the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee, it adopted a charter which defined the committee's duties, including a request for an initial report from the committee to be delivered within 6 months - resulting in a deadline for such a report of February 6, 2019. The Committee Chair recently submitted the attached letter requesting an extension of time (3 months) in order to allow the committee more time to adequately provide the requested feedback. This presentation will be an update from the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee with their initial recommendations.
