Consideration of Community Development Advisory Board Recommendations
Recommended Action
I move that Council prioritizes Code Enforcement activities to Health and Safety issues until Chapter 18 has been updated and adopted. Additionally, I move that Council direct the County Manager to begin addressing the recommended items for the department mentioned in the presentation, and direct the Community Development Advisory Board add the recommended items in the presentation to their 2021 work plan.
Body
At the beginning of 2019, Councilor Robinson began working with members of the Community Development Advisory Board and the Community Development Department on a path forward for the board and department. On August 17, 2020, the CDAB voted to send the attached presentation for Council to consider. Included was two potential votes, however, the second recommended vote was decided through the County procurement process.

Council could take no action or could provide additional direction.
