White Rock Community Garden Proposals
Recommended Action
I move that the Board move forward with notifying the selected artists for the submitted pieces for the White Rock Community Garden. Selected artists will be given the opportunity to present their proposal and answer APPB questions at the January 2021 meeting.
Body
A Call for Art was performed Nov. 16 - Dec. 4 for proposals for a White Rock Community Garden solar water fountain. The Arts in Public Places Board received a total of nine proposals from four different artists. The purpose of this special session is to have the Board review the information collectively and comparatively, and to determine if each proposal is a strategic benefit to the Collection.
