Review of various platforms other communities are using as their Resource Directory to Community Members:
Chaves County - CCHC took over operation of Chaves County’s 211 information line in 2019.
Colfax County - In 2020, The Colfax County Health Council partnered with the DWI & Substance Abuse Prevention Program to create a Community Mental/Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Resources Guide. This information was vital to share throughout the community during theCOVID-19 pandemic. What have we learned from COVID-19 and things to keep in mind: in-equity in access to virtual platforms and broadband internet accessibility when considering a virtual resource library, considering who would maintain the virtual platform, information we are looking to have on the platform - program information/contact information, events, etc.
