Los Alamos and White Rock Draft Downtown Master Plans Presentation

County Consultant, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S), has prepared final working draft versions of the Downtown Master Plans for Los Alamos and White Rock. The goal of the presentation to County Council is to receive input from Council members on the plans overall with specific discussion on issues that received more attention during the public meetings, such as the topics of parking, density, mobility/connectivity and building height.
After receiving input from County Council on the plans, D/P/S will finalize the plans. Community Development Department staff shall then introduce the plans to the Planning & Zoning Commission for recommendation to County Council for adoption as a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
