The Food Waste Composting Feasibility Study and Design contract agreement was approved by County Council on April 6, 2021. The County had a kick-off meeting with SCS Engineers on May 25, 2021 to discuss project scope, background, data needs and desired outcomes. Part of the scope of the work is to gather public comment and will engage ESB as part of the process.
