Recommended Action
I move that the APP Board approve the outcome of the votes in selecting a new chair of the APP Board, and role be effective at the Dec. 2021 APP Board Meeting.

APP Chair Mackey’s term concludes in November of 2021, and a new Chair need to be selected via vote.
