Recommended Action
I move that Council change Council meeting format to [remote, hybrid, or in-person only] beginning on [date].
Body
In light on the on-going and changing conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Council will consider any changes to their meeting format at the first meeting of each month. If any changes are made, then staff would have adequate time to give necessary notices for public meetings.
