Katie Thwaits of the County Attorney’s office will present an overview of the Open Meetings Act and Inspection of Public Records Act. Environmental Sustainability Board members will learn about the requirements of the Act including: the process to properly provide meeting notices to the public, rolling quorums and other requirements.
