Recommended Action
I move that the APP Board Accept the donation of the “Santa Clara Jar” by Polly Rose Folwell, for the cost of $0. Placement of the jar is to be discussed during another meeting at a later date.
Body
Susan Hall originally contacted the Mesa Public Library on Dec. 8, 2021 regarding a piece of pottery that she wished to donate. The Mesa Public Library forwarded Ms. Hall’s email to APP Board Staff Liaison, Katherine Hudspeth, where she discussed the piece at the Dec. 2021 APP Board meeting during her staff report. The APP Board asked that this item be included as a business item at the January 2022 board meetings.
