Recommended Action
I move that County Council approve the County Council Minutes for March 23, 2022*, April 18, 19, & 25, 2022 (FY23 Budget Minutes), and May 5, 2022.
Clerk's Recommendation
The County Clerk recommends that Council approve the minutes, as presented.
Body
Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Chapter 10, Article 15, draft minutes shall be approved, amended, or disapproved at the next meeting where a quorum is present. This is the regular practice conducted by the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office, and as such, staff is requesting approval of County Council Minutes for April 18, 19, & 25, 2022 (FY23 Budget Minutes) and May 5, 2022.
Following a recent quality control review of approved minutes, it was discovered that the County Council Special Session Minutes for March 23, 2022, a continuation of the County Council Special Session held on March 22, 2022, were inadvertently not included when the County Council approved the March 22, 2022 set of minutes on May 3, 2022. Therefore, the staff is submitting the County Council Special Session Minutes for March 23, 2022, for approval at this time.
