Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Contract for General Services Agreement No. AGR23-02 with Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization in the Amount of $309,060 not Including Applicable Gross Receipts Tax, for the Purposes of Conducting and Coordinating Home-Based Care Services to Individuals Aged Sixty (60) or Older and Frail Adults Aged Eighteen (18) Years or Older.
County Manager's Recommendation
The County Manager recommends that Council approve this Contract for General Services as requested.
Body
The current contract for conducting and coordinating Home-Based Care Services to individuals aged sixty (60) or older and frail adults aged eighteen (18) years or older expires June 30, 2022. The County issued a Request for Proposals and LARSO submitted a response.

The contract amounts for each fiscal year were calculated on a "not to exceed" basis and are provided below:
FY2023 - $58,213.00
FY2024 - $59,959.00
FY2025 - $61,758.00
FY2026 - $63,611.00
FY2027 - $65,519.00
Total: $309,060.00
Alternatives
Council can decide not to approve the proposed contract and direct the County Manager to research additional options for conducting and coordinating home-based care services to individuals aged sixty (60) or older and frail adults aged eighteen (18) years or older if it so desires.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Planned Item
Funding for this agreement was included in FY2023 adopted budget for conducting and coordinating Home-Based Care Services to individuals aged sixty (60) or older and frail adults aged eighteen (18) years or older by LARSO.
