Policy and Procedure Updates: APP Art Selection Process and Threshold

Staff would like to propose an update to the Art in Public Places Policy and Procedures document to include thresholds of dollars amounts of when items need to be presented to Council and clarifying guidelines when making art selections. The APP Board will work on this document sections at a time during regularly scheduled meetings.
