Recommended Action
I recommend the APP Board agree to amend the current agreement in place with Mr. Davis to allow for an additional $2,000, in order to complete the repairs necessary for the industrial machine.

Earlier this year we arranged a service agreement with Robert Davis, artist for the Industrial machine. However he underestimated the work that needed to be done to the item to get it back into working order, and has surpassed the budgeted amount for the 1st threes of this agreement. Mr. Davis is asking for additional funds to replace the battery and to fix or replace the solar panel on the roof. The estimates this to cost $1,600.
