Body
There are some items related to County Council operations and public outreach that Councilor Theresa Cull asked to be discussed. The items may include:
--Councilor Office hours
--Boards, Commission, and Committees Liaison reports
--Coordination of participation/attendance at events (quorum concern)
--Town Hall meetings (quarterly?)
After discussion of these items, Council could take action or not.
Attachment A shows a list of different meetings that County Councilors participate in. The table shows the type of meeting, whether the Open Meetings Act applies, purpose, frequency/duration and documentation required for the meetings. This document is a draft that will be used for discussion.
