| 1 | 2.A. | Closed Session | CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to ยง10-15-1 (H)(2) and (7)of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, the Board of Public Utilities will meet in closed session to discuss information pertaining to limited personnel matters and pending litigation - Utilities Manager performance evaluation and San Juan Generating Station negotiations. County Council will attend the first part of the meeting for the San Juan Generating Station negotiations discussion, which is also being published as a separate joint Council/Board of Public Utilities closed session. |
